GardaWorld Security Services is seeking an Armed Tactical Security Ambassador in Kansas City, MO. You will patrol environments, read risk, and act decisively to ensure safety and security. The role requires armed security experience, valid license, and ability to work various shifts.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S. and able to obtain necessary credentials.
• Minimum 1 year of armed security experience and the ability to patrol and deter threats.
• Must be 21+ with a valid driver's license and HS diploma or GED.
• Willingness to undergo extensive screening; first aid certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Patrol sensitive areas and spot suspicious activity.
• Verify identities and control access to secure zones.
• React quickly to threats or incidents and document actions.
• Operate alarms/cameras and cooperate with law enforcement as needed.

As a Security Ambassador – Tactical, physical ability is essential as you will be moving around your entire shift, patrolling environments such as retail stores, airports, detention centers, etc.

What’s In It For You

• Site Location: Kansas City, MO
• Set schedule:
  • 1st schedule: Full-time, Monday and Friday, 1st shift, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. and Saturday through Sunday, 1st shift, 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
  • 2nd schedule: Part-time, Friday through Sunday, 2nd shift, 4:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m.
  • 3rd schedule: Full-time, Saturday through Wednesday, 1st shift, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
  • 4th schedule: Full-time Monday through Friday, 1st shift, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
• Competitive hourly wage of $24 / hour (DailyPay is available for GardaWorld employees!)

Responsibilities Of Tactical Security Guard

• Patrol sensitive areas to spot any suspicious activity
• Verify identities and control access to secure areas
• React quickly to threats or incidents
• Check the proper functioning of alarms and cameras
• Document incidents and actions taken
• Respond to alarms and conduct on-site checks
• Collaborate with law enforcement during serious incidents
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property

Qualifications Of Tactical Security Guard

• Be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must have at least 1 years of armed experience
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Must have a valid driver's license
• Be able to provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED
• Be able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process
• First aid certification is an asset
• Ability to stand and walk for the entire shift
• If you have Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience – even better!
