GardaWorld Security Services is seeking a Tactical Armed Security Ambassador for Unity Village, MO. The role requires patrolling, verifying access, and responding swiftly to incidents, with a strong emphasis on observation and risk anticipation.

The position is part-time (2nd shift, Saturday–Sunday, 3:00 p.m.–11:00 p.m.) with a competitive hourly wage of $22.50/hour and benefits including medical/dental/vision, 401(k) with employer matching, PTO, holidays, disability coverage, and life

Qualifications

• Be authorized to work in the USA.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must have at least 1 year of armed experience.
• Provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED.
• Pass an extensive screening process.

Responsibilities

• Patrol sensitive areas to spot suspicious activity.
• Verify identities and control access to secure areas.
• React quickly to threats or incidents.
• Check proper functioning of alarms and cameras.
• Document incidents and actions taken.
• Respond to alarms and conduct on-site checks.
• Collaborate with law enforcement during serious incidents.
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property.

As a Security Ambassador – Tactical, physical ability is essential as you will be moving around your entire shift, patrolling environments such as retail stores, airports, detention centers, etc.

Qualifications of Tactical Security Guard

• Be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Must have a valid driver's license

• Be able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process
• First aid certification is an asset
• Ability to stand and walk for the entire shift
