Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited college or university with a Bachelor's degree and five years in law enforcement or an equivalent combination.

Responsibilities

• Reviews use of force incidents to determine compliance with department protocols.
• Analyzes tactics, training, policies and procedures against established standards.
• Uses department software and systems to view and retain video and audio evidence.
• Accesses CLEARNET to obtain officer information and related reports.
• Identifies patterns and trends in use of force incidents.
• Evaluates tactical soundness and policy alignment of reviewed incidents.
• Drafts advisements for trainings, policy updates, or equipment changes.
