Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required plus 5 years in program auditing or operations analysis, or
• Master's degree or higher plus 4 years in program auditing or operations analysis.

Responsibilities

• Supervise performance analysts and senior performance analysts.
• Manage inquiries into police accountability operations, policies, programs, and practices.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data to identify areas of concern and improvements.
• Develop recommendations for reforms based on best practices and research.
• Draft and edit reports with qualitative and quantitative findings.
