Job summary

A consulting firm in Washington is seeking a Tactical OSINT Collector to support the Department of Homeland Security. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in International Relations, Intelligence Studies, Journalism, Cybersecurity, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in open-source intelligence, social media analysis, or data exploitation.
• Demonstrated experience producing intelligence products from OSINT sources.
• Familiarity with Homeland Security Intelligence Enterprise (HSIE) missions.

Responsibilities

• Provide rotational support through six defined shifts.
• Collect and report on publicly available information using OSINT tools.
• Monitor open sources to support situational awareness and threat analysis.
• Produce intelligence summaries and respond to Requests for Information (RFIs).
• Support planning and execution of exercises.
• Evaluate and identify new OSINT sources and methodologies.
