Job summary

Invictus International Consulting, LLC invites applications for an OSINT Collector in Reston, VA, or Bethesda, MD. The role focuses on open-source intelligence gathering to identify threats and support investigations, delivering clear, actionable reporting to inform decisions.

The OSINT Analyst will craft collection plans, analyze digital footprints, map networks, and draft OSIRs, using COTS OSINT software and visualization tools. A TS/SCI clearance with CI poly is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years relevant experience.
• Spanish fluency.
• Experience with OSINT tools, Managed Attribution and OSIR writing.
• TS/SCI with the ability to obtain and maintain a CI polygraph.

Responsibilities

• Conduct OSINT collection on foreign sources using MA and OSINT tools to identify patterns and produce intelligence requirements.
• Creates collection plans; and contributes to OSIR quality reviews.
• Draft OSIRs with guidance from senior OSINT collector.
• Analyze digital footprints, map networks, track entity identifiers, and evaluate the credibility and relevance of sources.
• Utilize Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS) OSINT software, managed attribution tradecraft, and data visualization tools.
