Hoplite Group seeks an Open-Source Intelligence (OSINT) Collection Manager (Journeyman Level) at Fort Belvoir, Virginia. The role supports a diverse team of collectors, linguists, planners, operations officers and decision-makers in a high-profile environment.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI security clearance required.
• Bachelor’s Degree with 6+ years in Defense or IC intelligence support operations.
• Experience in intelligence collection management or OSINT Enterprise operations.
• Extensive experience in the Intelligence Cycle and OSINT planning/documentation.
• Experience with U.S. military or IC organizations.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks while ensuring policy compliance.
• Experience coordinating with government reps, Mission Managers, stakeholders, and partners.
• Experience briefing senior/executive leaders preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and synchronize OSINT collection priorities and taskings based on Army, interagency, and mission partner requirements as directed by government leaders.
• Translate high-level intelligence collection requirements into Essential Elements of Information and individual collection tasks.
• Monitor Intelligence Community and OSINT Enterprise collection management systems to identify emerging requirements, and assist government stakeholders in aligning requirements to collection activities.
• Evaluate OSINT products for response to intelligence requirements, and populate appropriate Collection Management systems with content.
• Coordinate with operational Mission Managers to identify appropriate resources for Service-level and Community-level intelligence support.
• Participate in Community working groups and boards to collect and clarify intelligence support requirements while supporting Enterprise federation.
• Collaborate with team members, government representatives, and industry partners to identify emerging programs, platforms, and systems supporting intelligence collection management.
• Ensure Enterprise elements comply with relevant U.S. government policies related to Intelligence Collection Management.

Hoplite Group is looking for dynamic and experienced OSINT Collection Manager to work with a diverse team of collectors, linguists, planners, operations officers and decision-makers providing operational support to dynamic global operations. Position requires interaction with a wide variety of Government and contractor personnel and ability to operate in a diverse, evolving, and high-profile environment.

Level of Effort:

Full-time, starting 1 October 2026

Job Duties:

• Coordinates and synchronizes OSINT collection priorities and taskings based on Army, interagency, and mission partner requirements as directed by government leaders
• Performs requirement decomposition, translating high-level intelligence collection requirements into Essential Elements of Information and individual collection tasks
• Monitors Intelligence Community and OSINT Enterprise collection management systems to identify emerging requirements, and assists government stakeholders in aligning requirements to collection activities
• Evaluates OSINT products for response to intelligence requirements, including those addressed on a non-interference basis, and populates appropriate Collection Management systems with relevant content
• Coordinates with operational Mission Managers to identify appropriate resources for Service-level and Community-level intelligence support
• Participates in Community working groups and boards to collect, coordinate, and clarify intelligence support requirements while supporting Enterprise federation
• Collaborates with team members, government representatives, and industry partners to identify emerging programs, platforms, and systems supporting intelligence collection management
• Ensures Enterprise elements comply with relevant U.S. government policies related to Intelligence Collection Management.

Required Qualifications:

• Active TS/SCI Security Clearance Required.
• Bachelor’s Degree with six (6) or more years of experience conducting Defense or Intelligence Community intelligence support operations.
• Demonstrated experience performing intelligence collection management or OSINT Enterprise operations.
• Extensive relevant experience in the Intelligence Cycle and OSINT-specific planning and documentation requirements.
• Extensive relevant experience working within or supporting U.S. military or U.S. Intelligence Community organizations.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and ongoing projects while ensuring compliance with applicable policies and procedures.
• Experience coordinating with government representatives, operational Mission Managers, Intelligence Community stakeholders, and mission partners in support of Service and Joint intelligence collection management requirements.
• Experience conducting intelligence and information briefings and other official communications with senior and executive leaders preferred.

Certifications, Training, & Education:

• Former military Collection Manager or intelligence planner with three (3) or more years of experience operating at the Service Component or Major Command level preferred.
• Completion of formal OSINT training or certification, such as GIAC Open Source Intelligence (GOSI), SANS SEC497: Practical OSINT, McAfee Institute Certified in OSINT, or comparable DoD/IC OSINT training or certification
• Completion of a recognized intelligence training program from any DoD branch (e.g., U.S. Army 35F Intelligence Analyst AIT, U.S. Air Force All-Source Analyst Course, U.S. Navy Intelligence Specialist “A” School, U.S. Marine Corps Intelligence Specialist Course, or comparable DoD civilian training).
