Job summary

Invictus International Consulting, LLC. is seeking an OSINT Analyst in the Reston/Bethesda area. The role involves researching open-source data to identify threats, support investigations, and inform strategic decisions using digital research tradecraft and data visualization tools.

You will draft OSIRs, develop collection plans, and analyze digital footprints while working with COTS OSINT software and attribution techniques to support government programs.

Qualifications

• Minimum two (2) years relevant OSINT experience.
• Spanish fluency required.
• Experience with OSINT tools, Managed Attribution, and OSIR writing.

Responsibilities

• Conduct OSINT collection on foreign sources using MA and OSINT tools to identify patterns and produce intelligence requirements.
• Create collection plans; contribute to OSIR quality reviews.
• Draft OSIRs with guidance from senior OSINT collector.
• Analyze digital footprints, map networks, track entity identifiers, and evaluate credibility of sources.
• Utilize OSINT software, attribution tradecraft, and data visualization tools.

Job Details

• Conduct OSINT collection on foreign sources using MA and OSINT tools to identify patterns and produce intelligence requirements
• Creates collection plans; and contributes to OSIR quality reviews
• Draft OSIRs with guidance from senior OSINT collector
• Analyze digital footprints, map networks, track entity identifiers, and evaluate the credibility and relevance of sources
• Utilize Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS) OSINT software, managed attribution tradecraft, and data visualization tools

Requirements
