Job summary

Atlas Tech is seeking a Tactical Networks Lead Systems Engineer to support PMW-160 Tactical Networks in San Diego, CA. The role focuses on coordinating rapid fielding of new network implementations and integrating external stakeholder capabilities.

You will lead remote engineering teams, drive CONOPS development, and coordinate with Navy commands and PMWs to ensure successful deployment and fielding of tactical networks products.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or Physical Science.
7+ years of experience leading multi-site or remote engineering teams.
Experience coordinating across Navy programs, Fleet organizations, or other federal agencies.
Experience with network or systems integration, testing, and fielding activities.
Proven ability to develop technical documentation (concepts, requirements, integration plans, or CONOPS).

Responsibilities

Support CONOPS development and Fleet Introduction activities.
Manage integration with external stakeholder capabilities.
Coordinate with Fleet Commands, Warfare Development Commands, and PMW enterprise partners.
Lead remote engineering teams supporting development, testing, modeling, simulation, and integration for tactical networks products.
