On-site in Fort Liberty, NC. Our client seeks a Tactical Network Engineer to serve as a focal point and subject matter expert for Program Manager C2 Transport supporting PdM Network Modernization across At-the-Halt, On-the-Move, and SATCOM networks. The role includes configuration, validation, and testing of tactical network systems, technical leadership across stakeholders, and coordination of system development and integration activities. The engineer will manage and document configurations, incidents, and test artifacts, support planning conferences, develop and deliver briefings, and execute network setup, troubleshooting, testing, and teardown while collaborating with unit and support personnel.
Due to federal security clearance requirements, applicant must be a United States Citizen with an active Secret clearance. This is a contract to hire opportunity. Applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis and convert to FTE following contract duration.
