Job summary

Atlas Technologies, Inc. in San Diego seeks a Tactical Networks Lead Systems Engineer to support PMW-160 Tactical Networks and rapidly field new network implementations.

You will coordinate with Navy commands, warfare development teams, and external partners, lead remote engineering teams, and contribute to CONOPS, requirements, integration plans, testing, and fielding of tactical networks products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited university in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or Physical Science.
• Minimum of seven (7) years of experience supporting Information Technology or Network Systems engineering for DoD or Government agencies.
• U.S. Citizenship required.
• Possession of and the ability to maintain a DoD Secret Level Security Clearance.
• Experience with modeling, simulation environments, or engineering tools used in network/system development.
• Experience troubleshooting and restoring network or system issues in operational or fleet support contexts.
• Proven track record of performance in stakeholder facing roles requiring relationship building and cross program coordination.

Responsibilities

• Support CONOPS development and Fleet Introduction activities
• Manage integration efforts with external stakeholder capabilities
• Coordinate with Fleet Commands, Warfare Development Commands, other PMWs, and PAE enterprise partners
• Lead remote engineering teams supporting development, testing, modeling, simulation, and integration for tactical networks products
