Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking an Exercise Planner / Special Operations Medical Advisor to support expeditionary training and readiness requirements. You will plan, develop, coordinate, execute, and assess tactical medical scenarios to strengthen medical readiness and interoperability.

You will evaluate performance in austere environments, assist with evacuation planning, and coordinate with medical professionals, instructors, and staff to improve training practices and readiness.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in special operations medicine or a military medical field.
• Deployment cycle with Amphibious Ready Group or MEU in a medical capacity.
• Experience with advanced tactical trauma care and casualty management in austere environments.
• Experience supporting high-risk military training or operations.
• Knowledge of Tactical Combat Casualty Care principles.
• Current certifications: NREMT-Paramedic, USSOCOM Advanced Tactical Paramedic, and Tactical Combat Casualty Care Tier 4 Instructor.
• Completion of military Basic Airborne Training, Diving Medical Technician training, and Level-C SURV/E&E course.
• HS diploma or GED.

Responsabilités

• Plan, develop, coordinate, execute, and assess realistic tactical medical scenarios.
• Evaluate medical capabilities, support post-exercise analysis, and interoperability.
• Coordinate with operational staff, medical professionals, instructors, evaluators, and stakeholders.
• Support pre-deployment training and certification exercises and emergency evacuation planning.
• Integrate operational medical guidance into expeditionary training and participate in working groups and curriculum reviews.
