Job summary

Raven Advisory LLC seeks an experienced Exercise Manager to design and run field exercises for SOMTS PFC, aligning with the PWS and training objectives. You will track lanes, maintain timelines, and inject patients to keep scenarios realistic, ensuring safety and compliance throughout.

Candidates must have 5+ years in military special operations medical training, be an EMT with NAEMT/TCCC Tier 3 and PHTLS credentials, and hold a valid driver’s license; moulage artistry is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must have 5+ years’ experience in military special operations medical training courses and exercises.
• Must have recent and relevant experience executing PFC Medical training of similar scope and size.
• Current or former Emergency Medical Technician (EMT).
• Must hold a current NAEMT or Deployed Medicine TCCC Tier 3 CMC certification.
• Current NAEMT PHTLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Plan PFC exercises from beginning to end.
• Coordinate training areas and equipment needed.
• Schedule and brief instructors and lane cadre on each exercise.
• Evaluate risk assessments, safety plans, and medical and emergency procedures.
• Provide after action reviews (AARS) to the program lead.
