Job summary

SiCoSyndicate LLC is seeking an Applied Innovation Intelligence Lead to bridge elite operators, design teams, and real-world problem solving. This field-facing role prioritizes distilling what operators truly need into actionable inputs for Engineering, Design, and Product Management.

You will engage Tier 1/SOF units and the commercial shooting community, synthesize intelligence on technologies and trends, and collaborate across disciplines to guide early-stage development and prototype testing.

Qualifications

• Established access and relationships within Tier 1 or special mission unit circles.
• Strong understanding of the commercial shooting and defense market.
• Ability to analyze, synthesize, and clearly communicate complex operational problems to design and engineering teams.
• Differentiate symptoms from root causes to guide meaningful solutions.
• Excellent communication, discretion with sensitive information.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen; ITAR access; no visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Engage Tier 1/SOF units to uncover operational needs.
• Synthesize intelligence on technologies, trends and pain points.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, and Product Management teams.
• Guide early-stage development and innovation roadmaps.
• Contribute to ideation sessions and prototype testing.
