Job summary

Crimson Phoenix seeks an Intelligence Discipline Lead Subject Matter Expert (IDL SME) to support USSOCOM. The role requires SME-level knowledge in intelligence disciplines, coordination, and production of actionable products.

Candidates must be able to deploy to hazardous environments and meet security prerequisites. The IDL SME will identify and develop prudent COAs, prioritize missions, and train staff while integrating complex data to improve USSOCOM operations.

Qualifications

• IDL SME shall have minimum ten (10) years of analytical intelligence operations experience.
• Five (5) years of operational analysis in field; two (2) years in a managerial SOF/SMU setting is highly desired.
• Advanced skillsets with F3EAD targeting and broad knowledge of related disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialized non-personal labor to perform intelligence operations and data integration for USSOCOM missions.
• Lead analytical efforts and communicate with USSOCOM customers to develop prudent COAs.
• Train team members and apply knowledge to support long-term USSOCOM objectives.
