Reveal Technology is seeking an Embedded Field Service Representative for a UK special operations customer based in Poole. You will be the day-to-day link, delivering software to users, conducting training, and keeping systems running on exercises and operations at sea and on land.

You will ensure user requests reach our US engineering team and identify opportunities to extend support for the customer. The role is hands-on, demanding field work and strong communication with the client.

Formación

• UK nationals eligible for DV clearance.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
• Experience in field service or training roles.

Responsabilidades

• Deploy software to users and train them.
• Maintain software during exercises and operations.
• Coordinate with US engineering team to relay customer needs.
• Serve as day-to-day liaison with customer.
• Travel to Poole, Dorset and beyond as required.
