Qualifications

• 2 years of scheduling/dispatching experience or 3 years of customer service/administrative experience.
• Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate field service activities to maximize utilization, efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Serve as the main client contact for Burkhart’s repair and installation services.
• Plan ahead to maximize service profitability and maintain team focus on priorities.
