Job summary

Burkhart Dental Supply, based in Tacoma, WA, is seeking a Field Service Technician to provide onsite repair and installation of dental equipment across Pierce and Thurston counties. You will build strong client relationships and use your technical and service skills to ensure clients' offices stay up and running.

We welcome candidates new to the industry with a solid mechanical background, as well as those with prior field service experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Face-to-face customer service experience required.
• 3+ years of technician experience on a variety of equipment.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships and perform timely repairs and installation services for both basic and complex equipment/projects.
• Complete all service orders at the time of service and review the work performed and parts used with the client or responsible staff before leaving the client’s office.
• Complete repairs that impress by consistently troubleshooting and repairing to keep offices up and running and educating staff on use and maintenance.
• Complete installations that impress by leading teams and ensuring on-time project completion, final punch-list, and no callbacks.
