Job summary

Salesforce is seeking an Analytics Specialist Solution Engineer (Tableau) to join the Solution Engineering team. You will translate customer business problems into data-driven analytics and demonstrate how Tableau and CRM Analytics deliver measurable value for CBS accounts.

You’ll collaborate with account teams, product, and services to design and present compelling technical solutions, explore new analytics use cases, and help customers succeed across the Salesforce platform, often in a remote

Qualifications

BS in CS, SE, MIS, Data Science or equivalent experience
Hands-on Tableau/CRM Analytics experience; strong data visualization and dashboarding skills
Knowledge of relational databases and web technology
Strong written and verbal communication; team player
Willingness to travel occasionally

Responsibilities

Align innovative solutions to technology challenges within CBS accounts
Partner with clients and internal teams to drive consensus on multi-product tech solutions focusing on Analytics
Define ambiguous business problems and drive innovative ideas for practical next steps
Evaluate solutions and build decision frameworks delivering ongoing value
Demonstrate connected, data-driven experiences through software demos and rapid prototyping
Build customized demonstrations for multiple personas showing platform value
Advise on customer data and analytics architecture related to Salesforce/Tableau
