Job summary

Salesforce Solution Engineering is seeking an Analytics Specialist to drive the technical sale of Tableau and CRM Analytics solutions for the CBS vertical. You will craft demonstrations, guide discovery, and partner with account teams to show real business value through data-driven insights.

The role combines analytics, sales enablement, and design thinking in a fast-paced environment with remote or hybrid options and travel as needed.

Qualifications

BS in CS, software engineering, MIS, data science, or equivalent experience.
Hands-on Tableau, CRM Analytics, or Tableau Next; data viz, dashboards, self-service analytics.
Knowledge of relational databases and web technologies.
Strong verbal, written, presentation, and collaboration skills.
Ability to work in a team to solve technical problems in varied environments.
Willingness to travel occasionally for customer engagements and events.

Responsibilities

Align innovative solutions to technology challenges within CBS accounts.
Handle business development, operations strategy, and product demos as advisor.
Define ambiguous business problems and drive actionable next steps.
Focus client decision-making by evaluating solutions and driving consensus.
Demonstrate connected, data-driven experiences via demos and prototyping.
Build customized demos for multiple personas showing value delivery.
Advise on customer data and analytics architecture related to Salesforce/Tableau.
Participate in product, sales, and training to maintain knowledge.
