Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires an Associate’s Degree or two years of supervisory experience.
• Experience in dealing multiple games at a major casino.
• Must have an Occupational License under the Illinois Gaming Act.
• Willing to work odd hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lift or carry up to 30 pounds as required.

Responsibilities

• Protect the assets of Wind Creek.
• Observe games for irregularities and deviations from procedure.
• Supervise team members and enforce company and regulatory policies.
• Ensure team members are cordial to patrons and colleagues.
• Manage staff schedules and advise on staffing needs.
• Rate customers based on time of play, bets, and strategy.
• Maintain knowledge of IGB rules and internal controls.
