Atlantis Casino Resort Spa in Reno, NV seeks a Table Games Supervisor to lead table operations with a focus on guest experience.

You will supervise up to seven games, coach dealers, track performance, and report to the Games Shift Manager, while adhering to Nevada gaming rules and appearance standards.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 and hold a Nevada gaming license.
• At least 1 year of previous Table Games supervising experience.
• Ability to track guests' average bet, buy-ins, and win/loss.
• Promote the Club Paradise Card and collect information.
• Pass on all pertinent information to Games Shift Manager.
• Must adhere to appearance standards (tattoos/piercings/hair color).

Responsibilities

• Supervise Table Games and personnel according to policies and procedures.
• Effectively supervise up to 7 games in a section.
• Provide superb customer service, develop guest retention, and resolve conflicts.
• Evaluate performance standards, coach dealers, and report to GSM.
• Other assignments as directed by management.
