Ideal candidates will be 21+, have a Nevada Gaming Card, and demonstrate strong guest service and communication skills. The role offers a team-focused environment with comprehensive benefits and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Nevada Gaming Control Card required.
• Able to consistently perform the 5 minimum interactive standards.
• Able to deal a neat, clean, and efficient game.
• Excellent guest service skills and professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest service.
• Deal Pitch Black-Jack and table games (Roulette, Pai-Gow, 3 Card Poker).
• Craps and Baccarat are a plus.
• Be a reliable team member and attend assigned shifts.
• Be receptive to coaching and work well with the team.
• Promote the Club Paradise Card to attract new guests.
• Maintain excellent interpersonal skills with all contacts.
• Adhere to management assignments as required.

With a winning smile and expert card-handling skills, you’ll keep the games running smoothly, ensuring fair play while building excitement at every turn. Responsibilities:

• Ideal applicant must be committed to providing exceptional guest service.
• Deal Pitch Black-Jack and additional Table Games such as Roulette, Pai-Gow and Three Card Poker. Craps and Baccarat is also a plus!
• Be a reliable Team Member and show up to assigned shifts.
• Be a reliable team player and accept coaching on a positive manner.
• Be able to capture new guests by promoting the Club Paradise Card.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to deal effectively with all business contacts.
• Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
• Other assignments as assigned my management.
