Job summary

JACK Entertainment LLC is seeking a Dual Rate Table Games Supervisor in Cleveland, OH. The role supports floor operations, trains and leads dealers, and ensures high standards of guest service and regulatory compliance.

You will manage dealers, monitor game integrity, and report irregularities while maintaining a polished, professional presence on the gaming floor. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

Must be able to work independently.
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to manage conflicts.
Strong math and cash handling abilities.
Ability to lead and coach staff across departments.
Knowledge of casino rules, regulations, and procedures.

Responsibilities

Lead and supervise table games dealers to ensure legendary customer service.
Train guests and staff on table games products and procedures.
Monitor table game activity and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
Maintain game integrity and report irregularities to management.
Assist in adjusting table limits to meet customer demand.
