Qualifications

• Must be 21 years old.
• Must maintain a valid Gaming Control Board license.
• Working knowledge of table games.
• Understanding of basic strategy and card counter identification
• Good mathematical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as host, ensuring guests receive excellent service.
• Maintain awareness of company and departmental policies, procedures and rules, and supervise table games accordingly.
• Maintain table game bankrolls.
• Verify the accuracy of all documentation including fills, credits, and markers/buy-backs.
• Monitor and document all cash transactions within state and federal guidelines.
• Issue markers and buy-backs to credit-line players.
• Change cards/dice as required by policy.
• Inform Shift Manager and Surveillance of abnormalities and Hi-Limit plays in their section.
• Player tracking.
