Job summary

Bally’s Chicago is seeking a casino dealer to deliver exceptional guest service, manage table games, and ensure the integrity of all casino assets. You will promote a fun, entertaining environment and support Bally’s Born to Entertain philosophy.

The role requires knowledge of casino game rules, math proficiency, and availability for nights, weekends, and holidays. 21+ with ability to obtain a gaming license is required.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a gaming license issued by the Illinois Gaming Board.
• Must have knowledge of all casino game rules.
• Must pass a math assessment.
• Must pass a color vision assessment test.
• Must have open work availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Foster Bally’s Born to Entertain atmosphere by creating a fun, entertaining environment.
• Promote Bally’s guest-centric culture and build lasting guest relations.
• Conduct assigned games accurately and at supervisor-set pace.
• Protect game assets including currency, chips, cards, dice, and all equipment.
• Handle table transactions, payoffs, buy-ins, fills, and credits.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Physical Demands & Work Environment:

• Frequently required to lift up to a maximum of 30 pounds
• Frequently required to stand and walk for prolonged periods of time

• Requires manual dexterity to deal and collect cards and chips
• Requires visual acuity to perform close‑up activities and peripheral oversight
• You may be exposed to bright lights, loud noise, and stressful situations in this position.
