Cache Creek Casino Resort is seeking a Table Games Supervisor to oversee the assigned pit section. You will direct dealers, monitor table action for policy and regulatory compliance, and ensure accurate payouts and inventory during the shift.
You will also mentor staff, coordinate with the Pit Manager and Surveillance, and participate in training for new hires while maintaining exceptional guest service and adherence to R.I.C.H. values.

Directly supervises assigned employees in the Table Games department. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies, procedures, and applicable laws to include training employees, assigning, and directing work, evaluating performance, and addressing complaints and disciplinary problems.

Two years related experience and/or training.
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent.
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions in written, oral, diagram, mathematical or schedule form.
Must be at least 21 years of age.
