• Assist with dealer training and skill development.
• Greet customers at the Table Games area and promote service.
• Maintain honesty and integrity of table games during assigned shift.
• Protect company assets as it relates to table games.
• Resolve game-related disputes between customers and staff.
• Complete fill and credit transactions.
• Administer employee discipline as needed.
• Ensure Title 31 compliance.
• Collaborate with other departments to foster a cooperative environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIPS

• Reports to: Director of Casino Operations, Casino Operations Manager, Casino Operations Shift Manager
• Supervises: Table Games Dual Rates and Table Games Dealers

HOURS

• Monday - 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Lead)
• Thursday - 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Lead)
• Friday - 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM (Deal)
• Saturday - 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM (Deal)
• Sunday - 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM (Floor)

SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Direct report to the on-duty Casino Operations Shift Manager
• Responsible for assigning dealers to games daily
• Assists with dealer training and improving employee skills
• Responsible for meeting and greeting customers at the Table Games area
• Provides and promotes positive customer relations supported by employee quality service
• Ensure honesty and integrity of all table games during assigned shift
• Responsible for the protection of company assets as it relates to table games
• Resolves game related disputes involving customers and employees
• Completes fill and credit transactions
• Administers employee discipline as needed
• Ensure Title 31 compliance
• Works with other departments to ensure a cooperative environment
• Other duties as assigned

EDUCATION, TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE

• High School Diploma
• 1-2 years table games experience
• 1-2 years supervisory experience

• Reasonable knowledge of applicable mathematical skills
• Must be able and willing to work non-traditional schedules, particularly nights, weekends, and holidays

• Must be knowledgeable to Q Casino internal controls
• Must have a valid IRGC gaming license
