FLOOR SUPERVISOR - TABLE GAMES

Responsibilities

Under the direction of the Pit Manager,is responsible forproviding superior service to both the internal and external customer. The incumbent is also responsible for monitoring and supervising an area of a pit consisting of one or more games toassurethe delivery of Customer Service standards, whilemaintainingthe integrity of the games.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Appraising performance, rewards, and disciplining team members.

Qualifications

• High Scholl Diplomarequired.
• Threeyearstable games experiencerequired.
• Two years in a Dual-Rated management level capacity or above is preferred.
• Must be knowledgeable in all primary casino games andmost secondarygames.
