Station Casinos LLC in Las Vegas seeks an experienced Table Games Dealer to supervise all aspects of the game, ensure accurate payout procedures, and maintain reports and inventories. You will train and mentor team members and communicate information to the Floor Supervisor to safeguard game integrity.

The role requires effective communication with guests and staff, two years of experience as a table games dealer, and the ability to work any shift.

Formación

• Ability to communicate effectively with Guests, Team Members and Management.
• Two years’ experience as a Table Games Dealer.
• Excellent Customer Relations skills and the ability to work any shift.

Responsabilidades

• Knowledge of all aspects of the game supervised.
• Ensure utilization reports are accurately completed.
• Ensure proper inventory of cheques on table games to enable payouts to be made quickly and accurately.
• Train and mentor all Team members to ensure service standards and future growth.
• Communicate all information to incoming Floor Supervisor.
• Ensure integrity of games in assigned section.
