• Know all aspects of the game under supervision.
• Ensure utilization reports are accurately completed.
• Ensure proper inventory of cheques on table games to enable payouts quickly and accurately.
• Train and mentor all Team members to maintain service standards and growth.
• Communicate information to incoming Floor Supervisor.
• Maintain integrity of games in assigned section.
