Station Casinos is seeking a Table Games Dealer to supervise all aspects of the game in their section, ensuring accurate utilization reports and proper cheque inventory for quick payouts.

The role requires excellent guest and team communication, two years of experience, and the ability to work any shift. You will train and mentor team members, report to the Floor Supervisor, and uphold game integrity.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate effectively with Guests, Team Members and Management.
• Two years’ experience as a Table Games Dealer.
• Excellent Customer Relations skills and the ability to work any shift.

Responsabilités

• Oversee all aspects of the game in the supervised area.
• Ensure utilization reports are accurately completed.
• Maintain proper inventory of cheques on table games to enable payouts quickly and accurately.
• Train and mentor all Team Members to ensure service standards and future growth.
• Communicate information to incoming Floor Supervisor and ensure integrity of games in assigned section.
