Job summary

Durango Casino & Resort in Las Vegas seeks a Table Games Dealer to supervise all aspects of the game in the assigned section. You will ensure utilization reports are accurately completed and maintain proper cheque inventory to enable quick, accurate payouts.

You will train and mentor team members to uphold service standards and support future growth, and you will communicate important information to the incoming Floor Supervisor while ensuring the integrity of games in your area.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate effectively with Guests, Team Members and Management.
• Two years’ experience as a Table Games Dealer.
• Excellent Customer Relations skills and the ability to work any shift.
