Job summary

Durango Casino & Resort in Las Vegas seeks an experienced Table Games Dealer to supervise game operations and ensure accuracy in utilization reports and cheque inventories for payouts. You will mentor team members to uphold service standards and growth, and relay information to the Floor Supervisor.

The role requires effective guest and team communication and maintaining game integrity across the assigned section, with flexibility to work multiple shifts as needed.

Qualifications

• Two years’ experience as a Table Games Dealer.

Responsibilities

• Knowledge of all aspects of the game supervised.
• Ensure utilization reports are accurately completed.
• Ensure proper inventory of cheques on table games to enable payouts to be made quickly and accurately.
• Train and mentor all Team members to ensure service standards and future growth.

• Ensure integrity of games in assigned section.
