Job summary

Maverick Gaming is seeking a Table Games Floor Supervisor in Nevada to oversee assigned gaming tables, supervise dealers, and ensure compliance with Nevada State regulations and internal controls. The role includes training and guiding the team to maintain smooth operations and a professional atmosphere on shift.

Responsibilities include supervising table openings/closings, managing fills/credits, and promoting guest relations while addressing inquiries and disputes.

• Must be 21 years of age or older with a High School diploma or GED.
• Minimum two years of related casino experience.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Nevada Gaming Card.

Role Description

The Table Games Floor Supervisor will implement and ensure compliance with Nevada State Gambling Control Board regulations, company internal control policies and safety regulations. Train, supervise and monitor performance of team members to ensure smooth and efficient gaming operations during shift. Will train the right candidate.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Supervise the operation of assigned gaming tables.
• Directly supervise dealers and monitor all procedures governing the opening and closing of games and shift changes.
• Ensure fills/credits are handled in accordance with regulations and policies.
• Promote positive guest relations. Assist in answering guest questions or resolving disputes.
• Maintain supplies at gaming table and ensure they are supplied with sufficient and proper equipment.
• Provide assistance and expertise when dealing with concerns or disputes between customers and the game/house.
• Create a positive, professional atmosphere for team members and guests.
• Instill an atmosphere that encourages team members to share ideas, discuss concerns and resolve conflicts.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND TRAINING:

• Must be 21 years of age and High School graduate or GED.
• Minimum two years previous experience of related casino experience.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Nevada Gaming Card.

SPECIFIC SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE/ABILITIES REQUIRED:

• Working knowledge of gaming operations, knowledge of State of Nevada Gambling regulations and rules.
• Experience in team member scheduling, training, disciplinary actions, and supervising.
• Thorough knowledge and understanding of all table games and gaming regulations.
• Create a fun atmosphere for all guests.
• Encourage mutual respect, dignity and integrity with all team members by setting positive examples.
• Must have a minimum of two years supervisory experience (including non‑gaming environment).
