The Slots Supervisor will be responsible for supervising and coordinating activities of slot department workers to provide service to patrons. Handle and settle complaints of players. Verify and pay off jackpots. Reset slot machines after payoffs. Make repairs or adjustments to slot machines or recommend removal of slot machines for repair. Report hazards and enforce safety rules. Must be 21 years of age or older. Position works between Maverick and Gold Country.
This position typically works varied shifts, including weekend and holidays. Must be able to lift 25 pounds; this position would require business professional attire.
