The role requires an AA degree and at least one year of table games experience. Strong communication, budgeting awareness, and knowledge of table game operations are essential for success in this position.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree (A.A.) in related field is required.
• One year experience in Table Games or equivalent.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff and management in the table games department and monitor performance.
• Coordinate scheduling with the manager and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Assist in budgeting for the department and report budget concerns.
• Work with Shift Manager to implement strategies for customer service, revenue growth, and expense management.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and ensure security of gaming equipment.
• Ensure accurate handling of chips, cards, cards, and daily inventories.
• Promote customer service standards and resolve guest issues professionally.
