PENN Entertainment in Henderson, NV is seeking a Table Games Supervisor to oversee daily operations of the table games floor, manage staff, and ensure exceptional guest experience. The role emphasizes adherence to regulatory requirements, security of gaming equipment, and collaboration with the Shift Manager to maximize profitability.

Applicants should have an associate degree and 1–2 years of supervisory experience in table games, with knowledge of craps, baccarat, and Pai Gow.

Qualifications

• Associate degree (A.A.) in related field; one year's experience in Table Games or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 1 – 2 years Table Games Supervisory experience preferred.
• Craps, Baccarat and Pai Gow knowledge required.
• Flexible to work all shifts including holidays, nights, weekends, and overtime as business needs dictate.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft applications (Excel, Word) and have knowledge of Table Games operating systems.
• Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the public.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff and management in the table games department and monitor performance objectives.
• Coordinate scheduling with management to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Assist in department budget process and ensure compliance with budget initiatives.
• Work with Shift Manager to implement strategies for customer service, revenue growth, and profitability.
• Maintain accountability for chips, cards, dice, and gaming equipment.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and confidentiality.
