Job summary

Qualifications

Two to five years of experience with a four-year degree in related fields or equivalent work experience.
Exposure to alcohol and smoking environments; capable of working in such environments.
Must secure and maintain licensure as required by the Louisiana Gaming Control Board or applicable regulatory entity.

Responsibilities

Supervise table games dealers under the Casino Pit Manager or Shift Operations Manager.
Control gaming cards and equipment; ensure integrity of games and asset protection.
Oversee administration of fills/credits, player ratings, markers, and rundowns.
Train and develop staff; evaluate performance and provide guidance.
Review table game activities and promotions with managers; meet with department leaders.
Maintain excellent customer service and safety standards for guests and employees.
