• Verify bankrolls from previous shifts to ensure accuracy and monitor game pace.
• Provide training and evaluation to subordinate team members in a fair and equitable manner.
• Track player actions such as buy-ins, length of play, win/loss, and average bet.
• Communicate pertinent information to management in a timely and responsible manner.
