Ellis Island Casino in Las Vegas, NV is seeking a Table Games Floor Supervisor to lead the casino floor operations, supervise table game activity, manage dealer performance, and enforce regulatory compliance while maintaining our high-energy, guest-focused atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent; gaming operations certification a plus.
• At least 2 years of experience as Table Games Supervisor or Dual Rate Dealer with supervisory duties.
• Proven leadership with experience managing diverse teams.
• Knowledge of blackjack, roulette, craps; at least one specialty game.
• Strong knowledge of Nevada Gaming Control Board regulations and Title 31 compliance.
• Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and guest-service skills.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must obtain and maintain Nevada Gaming Registration Card.
• Must pass background check and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Supervise assigned table games to ensure accurate dealing, adherence to policies, and regulatory compliance.
• Monitor dealer performance and game pace; provide coaching, correction, and support as needed.
• Deliver outstanding guest service by interacting with players, resolving disputes professionally, and enhancing the overall table games experience.
• Ensure compliance with Nevada Gaming Control Board regulations, internal controls, and Title 31 procedures.
• Schedule and rotate dealers efficiently while maintaining proper coverage and break schedules.
• Identify and respond to suspicious behavior or potential game integrity issues, escalating concerns when appropriate.
• Collaborate with surveillance, security, and other departments to maintain a safe and secure gaming floor.
• Maintain a visible presence on the floor, setting the tone for professionalism, teamwork, and guest engagement.
