Base pay is $28.00 per hour and full-time, non-exempt.

You will supervise shifts, monitor game integrity, manage table funds, and coach team members. Strong leadership, communication, and customer-service skills are essential.

Qualifications

• At least one year of table games dealing experience required.
• Prior floor supervision or leadership experience is a plus.
• Friendly, outgoing, and customer-service oriented.
• Enjoys interacting with guests and creating a fun gaming experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to remain professional in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of table games operations and procedures.
• Dependable, team-oriented, and motivated to lead by example.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Primary GOC License.
• The Brook will cover the initial licensing fee; renewal fees are the employee's responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Supervise table games operations and support dealers during each shift
• Monitor player and dealer activity to ensure game integrity and regulatory compliance
• Maintain table funds, process fills and credits, and safeguard gaming assets
• Resolve guest concerns professionally while delivering exceptional customer service
• Coach, support, and provide direction to dealers and table games team members
• Communicate operational updates and gaming activity to management
• Ensure compliance with NH gaming regulations, company policies, and internal controls
• Complete operational paperwork, player ratings, and shift documentation
• Promote a fun, friendly, and welcoming atmosphere for guests and team members
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized gaming environment
