Kids for the Future in Seabrook, NH is seeking a Table Games Floor Supervisor to lead gaming operations at our facility. The role involves overseeing table game activity, supporting dealers, ensuring regulatory compliance, and delivering a welcoming experience for guests. Base pay is $28.00 per hour and full-time, non-exempt.

You will supervise shifts, monitor game integrity, manage table funds, and coach team members. Strong leadership, communication, and customer-service skills are essential.

Qualificações

• At least one year of table games dealing experience required.
• Prior floor supervision or leadership experience is a plus.
• Friendly, outgoing, and customer-service oriented.
• Enjoys interacting with guests and creating a fun gaming experience.

• Ability to remain professional in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of table games operations and procedures.

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Primary GOC License.
• The Brook will cover the initial licensing fee; renewal fees are the employee's responsibility.

In this role, you'll oversee table game activity, support dealers, ensure regulatory compliance, and create a fun, welcoming experience for our players. From monitoring game integrity and resolving guest concerns to coaching team members and supporting daily pit operations, you'll play a key role in the success of our gaming floor.

What You'll Do
