Job summary

Chickasaw Nation in Norman, OK is seeking a Part-time 38 Table Games Dealer for Riverwind Casino. You will deal roulette, craps, blackjack and other games, providing courteous and entertaining experiences while supporting the revenue goals of the department.

Responsibilities include maintaining game integrity, delivering exceptional guest service, and adhering to all dress code standards and policies. Training is provided; no prior experience required.

Qualifications

• Pass gaming background check and obtain required licenses.
• Must obtain CDNC certified blackjack dealer status if applicable and gaming license/permit as required.

Responsibilities

• Deal casino table games (roulette, craps, blackjack) as assigned and ensure entertaining guest experience.

We are currently looking for a Part Time 38 Table Games Dealer to join our team located at Riverwind Casino.

Summary:
Deal casino table games as assigned in order to provide a courteous and entertaining experience for all guests and generate revenue for the department.

Responsibilities

• Provides first class customer service to both internal and external customers and responds to inquiries, compliments, and/or complaints with professionalism, courtesy, and efficiency
• Completes all training and development requirements and participates in continuing education opportunities
• Works in a collaborative and supportive manner to support the productivity and safety of the work area, team members and customers of all types
• Maintains a clean, organized work area and ensures a safe environment
• Maintains and promotes professionalism
• Punctual and consistent in meeting start time, work schedule, attendance and other assigned work time metrics
• Adheres to Chickasaw Nation dress code standards
• Maintains knowledge of and follows all rules, regulations, policies and guidelines for assigned area
• Cleans assigned area
• Cleans and sweeps floors
• Cleans and sanitizes bathrooms
• May empty ash trays
• Disposes of trash
• May clean exterior areas such as parking lots and sidewalks
• Aligns seats close to machines in gaming areas
• Deals assigned table games including roulette, craps, blackjack and other card games
• Escalates problematic customer issues to the next level supervisor to provide a timely resolution to ensure maximum level of customer satisfaction
• Maintains security of games and monies by remaining at the assigned table and keeping visual contact with customers, game layout and chip rack at all times
• Provides instructions to guest when requested or as assigned in order to encourage gaming activity
• Coordinates with Casino Operations and Surveillance to detect and prevent attempts to cheat and to identify floor irregularities to ensure game integrity and protection
• Performs all other duties as assigned
