The Chickasaw Nation is seeking a Full Time Security Supervisor to join West Bay Casino and Resort operations. You will supervise a team of security guards, monitor facilities, and uphold safety and service standards across the site.

Responsibilities include leading incident reporting, training staff, ensuring compliance with all regulations, and coordinating with management to protect guests and assets. Strong communication and punctuality are essential.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

We are currently looking for aFull Time Security Supervisor Ito join our team located at West Bay Casino and Resort.

Summary:

Supervises a team of security guards that are responsible for monitoring company grounds to people and property. Provides first level supervision (usually supervises less than 25 positions) and may perform full security officer job functions.

Responsibilities:
  • Provides first class customer service to both internal and external customers and responds to inquiries, compliments, and/or complaints with professionalism, courtesy, and efficiency
  • Completes all training and development requirements and participates in continuing education opportunities
  • Works in a collaborative and supportive manner to support the productivity and safety of the work area, team members and customers of all types
  • Maintains a clean, organized work area and ensures a safe environment
  • Maintains and promotes professionalism
  • Punctual and consistent in meeting start time, work schedule, attendance and other assigned work time metrics
  • Adheres to Chickasaw Nation dress code standards
  • Maintains knowledge of and follows all rules, regulations, policies and guidelines for assigned area
  • Develops and maintains documentation as appropriate -- files, logs, records, reports, etc.
  • Maintains confidentiality, security, and integrity of data and information

  • May guard facility entrances - controlling access and alarming others as necessary
  • Escorts patrons or guests
  • Escorts/monitors drop team and money carts when assigned to gaming facility
  • May prepare temporarty visitor IDsResponds to security breaches
  • Executes internal and external patrols of assigned areas and locations
  • Monitors opening and closing machines for routine repairs and maintenance when assigned to gaming facility
  • Engages in and de-escalates contentious situations with visitors, patrons, patients, employees, etc.
  • Prepares daily reports
  • Follows guidelines to protect guests and employees in emergency situations such as inclement weather, fire, active shooter, etc.
  • Communicates employee concerns to the next level supervision or management and participates in investigations while maintaining confidentiality; effectively resolves all minor concerns or complaints
  • Ensures all audits, reports and other operational communications are accurate and timely
  • Completes a variety of standard and ad hoc reports as required
  • Assists staff with accomplishing goals
  • Ensures staff stays in assigned areas
  • Investigates and resolves discrepancies
  • Resolves minor employee concerns
  • Communicates area performance and operational information to line of support
  • Approves/denies time off requests
