Job summary

Chickasaw Nation, Washita Casino in Paoli, Oklahoma, is seeking a Part Time Floor Attendant to provide courteous guest service on the gaming floor. You will assist guests, maintain a clean and safe environment, and support floor operations with professionalism.

The role requires shift flexibility, dress-code adherence, and teamwork with management, supervisors, and security to ensure smooth play and safety.

We are currently looking for aPart Time 38 EG Floor Attendantto join our Northern Neighborhood Operations Unit 1 team located at the Washita Casino working.

Summary

Responsible for providing a high degree of courteous service to guests during their entertainment experience.

Responsibilities

• Provides first class customer service to both internal and external customers and responds to inquiries, compliments, and/or complaints with professionalism, courtesy, and efficiency
• Completes all training and development requirements and participates in continuing education opportunities
• Works in a collaborative and supportive manner to support the productivity and safety of the work area, team members and customers of all types
• Maintains a clean, organized work area and ensures a safe environment
• Maintains and promotes professionalism
• Punctual and consistent in meeting start time, work schedule, attendance and other assigned work time metrics
• Adheres to Chickasaw Nation dress code standards
• Maintains knowledge of and follows all rules, regulations, policies and guidelines for assigned area
• Handles routine customer complaints and incidents, exhibiting the appropriate discretion to identify situations that require the attention of supervisory personnel
• Cleans assigned area

• May clean exterior areas such as parking lots and sidewalks
• Aligns seats close to machines in gaming areas

• Coordinates with management, supervisors, and security to detect and prevent attempts to cheat or damaged gaming equipment and to report floor irregularities to a member of management
• Identifies top prize transactions processes and completes paperwork promptly, with a high level of accuracy and service to the guest
• Performs all other duties as assigned
