Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a dedicated administrator to support the Community & Workforce Development One-Stop Training Team in Tucson. The role focuses on TABE test administration, client services, and coordination with partner agencies to connect community members with employment, education, and financial assistance resources.

The position emphasizes accurate record-keeping, strong communication with clients, and collaboration with staff and volunteers to advance program goals.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or one year of professional experience in health, customer service, human services, or related field.
• Minimum one year of experience working with job seekers in person and over the phone.
• Prefers bilingual Spanish/English and familiarity with ADA and data entry.

Responsibilities

• Administer TABE tests following standardized parameters.
• Perform administrative duties for the training team.
• Communicate with clients regarding services in person or by phone.
• Provide direct services to clients by phone, email, or in person.
• Collaborate with agencies to maximize resources and services.
• Maintain accurate participant records and progress.
• Represent the program at community events and meetings.
• Support program objectives and mentors staff and volunteers.
