Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years old under Texas law.
• Valid TABC certification required by start date.
• Minimum of one year of bartending experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a diverse range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to ballpark customers.
• Follow safe handling standards for stocking beverages and related supplies, rotating and storing products, including pulling expired products.
• Maintain daily inventories.
• Operate the register, credit card machine, and kitchen equipment.
• Process card and mobile payments from customers and ensure charges are accurate.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable work area and comply with policies.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, sanitation guidelines, and alcohol service laws.
• Performs related work as required.
