Job summary

Fish City Grill in Pearland, TX is looking for an energetic Bartender to provide exceptional hospitality, craft beverages, and deliver craveable experiences in a clean, friendly atmosphere. You will manage bar operations, prepare drinks to order, assist servers, handle POS transactions, verify 21+ customers, and uphold safety and sanitation standards.

Prior bartending experience and knowledge of beer, wine, and liquor are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1–3 years of bartending in food/beverage environment.
• Must meet minimum age to serve alcohol.
• Free-pour to recipe and specifications.
• Knowledge of beer, wine and liquor.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent hospitality and service.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area.
• Take and prepare To-Go drink orders.
• Handle cash and POS transactions.
• Verify customers are 21+ to consume alcohol.
• Engage customers with friendly conversations and upsell.
• Assist servers by delivering drinks to tables.
