Job summary

Mindlance is seeking a Talent Acquisition Technology & Transformation Project Manager to lead projects that enhance recruiting operations through technology, process improvement, automation, and data. The role collaborates with TA, HRIT and vendors to deliver optimized recruiting systems and processes.

The ideal candidate will map as-is/to-be processes, gather requirements, and drive UAT/testing, timelines, and risk management while delivering executive dashboards.

Qualifications

• Must have strong project/program management + business analysis + HR technology/process transformation + advanced Excel/data analysis + requirements gathering + process mapping + executive communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage TA technology/transformation projects from planning through implementation.
• Talk with TA/HR stakeholders to understand problems and convert them into business and system requirements.
• Map current vs. future processes and identify ways to simplify or automate them.
• Analyze data using Excel/Power BI to identify bottlenecks, trends, capacity issues, and improvement opportunities.
• Work with platforms such as Workday, ServiceNow, SmartRecruiters, First Advantage and Phenom.
• Lead requirements gathering, UAT/testing, implementation and post-launch support.
• Manage project timelines, risks, dependencies and stakeholders.
• Support AI, automation, candidate fraud and identity-verification initiatives.
• Create dashboards and executive-level project updates.
